Conditions of Work

We work with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The minimum shipment amount of money is 3000 Euros. To get started, read the following information.

To enter into a contract with an individual entrepreneur, sole trader or sole proprietor, the following documents will be required:

1. Buyer's card (bank details, contacts, addresses)
2. A copy of the certificate of registration (individual entrepreneur, sole trader or sole proprietor)
3. A copy of the Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authority
4. A copy of the passport

For other forms of legal entities:

1. Buyer's card (bank details, contacts, addresses)
2. A copy of the statute in force
3. A copy of the Certificate of state registration of legal entities
4. A copy of the Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authority
5. Copy of the Minutes of the Founders' Meeting on the appointment of the Director or Decision of the sole participant
6. A copy of the Power of Attorney for the signatory (in the event that the contract is not signed by the manager and the right to sign contracts by this official is not stipulated by the Charter)

When signing a prepayment agreement, an incomplete collection of documents is allowed.
